Marshall Rogers has worked in various culinary roles throughout their career. Marshall currently holds the position of Vice President of Culinary Operations at Goldbergs Group, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Executive Chef at Goldbergs Corporation starting in March 2014. Marshall has also held executive chef positions at Sweet Auburn BBQ, St Ives Country Club, and Slice Cafe & Durty Kellys Irish Pub. Marshall has experience as a sous chef at Cherokee Town and Country Club, Atlanta Athletic Club, and 5 Seasons Brewery.

Marshall Rogers studied Journalism at Mercer University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Product Development from Cornell University, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, SQF from the SQF Institute, and HACCP, PCQI FSMA, and Seafood HACCP from the International HACCP Alliance.
