Tushar Damle

Tushar Damle is an experienced professional in the food and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Business Development and Manufacturing Director at Golden Acre Foods Ltd. since November 2020. Previously, Tushar held various leadership roles at Associated British Foods plc from January 2004 to October 2020, including Head of Supply Chain and General Manager, with responsibilities spanning dual site management, capital projects, and continuous improvement. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager and Nestlé Management Trainee at Nestlé from September 1996 to 2004. Tushar holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
