Weiming Li

Weiming Li (李偉銘) serves as the People Development & Engagement Manager at Golden Agri-Resources since February 2023, focusing on talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Weiming held various positions, including People and Culture Manager at Singtel, where responsibilities included HR business partnership, employee relationship management, and organisational development. Additional experience includes roles such as HR - Employee Experience & Engagement Manager at SIRS Singapore Institute of Retail Studies, Assistant Manager Training at SF Group, and Senior Training Executive at both Eu Yan Sang and Resorts World Sentosa, where Weiming developed and conducted training programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management and Security Studies from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a diploma in engineering informatics from Nanyang Polytechnic.
