Jim Wilson has extensive experience in transportation management, currently serving as Contract Manager-North at Golden Arrow since May 2022 and previously holding the position of Operations Center Manager at Golden Arrow Bus Services since April 2019. Wilson's background includes various roles at Sara Transport Ltd as Transportation Supervisor, and Suncor Energy as Supervisor - Ground Transportation. With a long tenure at Diversified Transportation Ltd., Wilson progressed through roles from Coach Operator to Lead Scheduler and Operations Center Manager, where responsibilities included the planning and scheduling of over 800 daily trips and managing driver assignments to meet client service requirements while adhering to union agreements.
