Chad Payne

Chad Payne is an experienced construction project manager currently overseeing projects in South Texas for Golden Chick since April 2021, managing all phases from document approvals to completion. Previously, Chad held roles as Construction Field Manager at PulteGroup, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards, and served as a Combo Welder at Baker Hughes, where responsibilities included pipe fabrication and welding using various techniques with a high pass rate on inspections. Additional experience includes custom welding and fabrication for emergency products and food processing facilities, as well as work in decorative fencing and power plant construction. Chad Payne pursued education at Texas State Technical College from 2006 to 2007.
