Matt Switzer has extensive experience in the mortgage banking and brokerage industry, having worked as a mortgage consultant since 1993. Currently, Matt serves as a Senior Loan Originator at GEM Mortgage, Inc. and holds dual roles as a Mortgage Consultant and Mortgage Loan Originator at Alterra Home Loans. Additionally, Matt has been associated with loanDepot since March 2014 and has maintained a long-term partnership with Bankers Funding Company, an affiliate and direct lender with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Previous experience includes serving as a Mortgage Advisor at Greenpath Funding from October 2017 to October 2018.
