Ric Harter

Ric Harter is a seasoned mortgage professional currently serving as a Senior Loan Originator at Highlands Residential Mortgage, Ltd. since February 2020. Prior to this, Ric held the position of Senior Loan Officer at Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC from December 2018 to February 2020, contributing to one of the largest privately held mortgage companies in the U.S. Ric also served as Vice President of Originations at Kiel Mortgage from December 2012 to November 2018, where notable leadership and management skills were demonstrated. With a robust background in sales management dating back to his early career in the consumer electronics industry, Ric has consistently focused on building relationships and maintaining professionalism in mortgage lending. Ric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1985 and 1989.
