Katherine Roden

Katherine Roden, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Golden Entertainment, Inc. Previously, Katherine held roles as Vice President of Human Resources at the same company, Director of Human Resources at Rocky Gap Casino Resort, and President of Pleiades LLC - Organizational Development Consulting. Additionally, Katherine has served as Director of Training and Development at Lakes Entertainment, Inc. and Director of Training at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino. Katherine holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a B.A. in Philosophy and Comparative Religious Literature from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
