Martha Chow

Martha Chow is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Golden Gate Capital since February 2022, Martha previously held the position of Private Equity Fund Accountant at the same firm from July 2016 to December 2021. Prior to Golden Gate Capital, Martha worked as a Fund Accountant at Citi from October 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities included preparing quarterly financial statements and reviewing investment transactions. Earlier experience includes an Accountant role at First Republic Bank, focusing on general ledger accuracy, and positions as teaching assistant for economics and accounting courses at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 2008.
