Christian Tubbs

Christian Tubbs, MS, MA, EFO, CFO, CFC, MIFireE, currently serves as Fire Chief at Southern Marin Fire District, a position held since October 2014, overseeing the district's operations and reporting to the Board of Directors. Extensive experience includes leadership roles with the California Fire Chiefs Association, where Christian is the Past President and Chief Executive Officer of Cal Fire Chiefs Consulting and Training Corporation, along with involvement in various advisory committees and boards related to emergency services and fire safety. Christian's educational background includes advanced degrees in security studies and executive leadership from prestigious institutions such as the Naval Postgraduate School and Harvard Kennedy School, complemented by numerous certifications in fire service and leadership.
