David Davenport has extensive experience in urban planning and transportation, currently serving as Principal Planner at the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District since November 2007, after progressing through roles as Senior Planner and Associate Planner within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Transportation Planner at Fehr & Peers from October 2005 to November 2007, and a Student Design Trainee II at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency for a brief period in 2004. Additionally, David Davenport gained early experience as an Operations Intern at the Metropolitan Transit Development Board. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in June 2005.
