Jennifer Mennucci is an experienced professional with a strong background in budget management and public administration. Currently serving as the Director of Budget & Electronic Revenue at the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District since July 2001, Jennifer oversees a $190 million operating budget and manages technology and electronic revenue projects. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant to the City Manager and Senior Management Analyst for the City of Berkeley and City of Long Beach, respectively, where Jennifer implemented service coordination initiatives and contributed to various administrative functions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.
