Jonathan C. Yip

Jonathan C. Yip is a Program Manager for Volunteer Engagement & Resources at Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, where responsibilities include managing volunteer programs and initiatives since June 2015. Previous roles at Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy encompassed Office Operations Coordinator and Project Information Coordinator. Jonathan's experience also includes a brief internship at the National Park Service, focusing on special park use documentation and budget reconciliation. Prior experience includes work as an Outreach Intern for volunteer programs, as well as positions at Aqua Adventures Water Park as a Swim Lesson Instructor and Water Safety Attendant. Jonathan's background is further complemented by an internship with AmeriCorps, where education on energy efficiency was provided to thousands of students, alongside involvement in fundraising for alternative energy initiatives. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies-The Urban Environment from San Francisco State University.
