Kevin Daniel Dwyer has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kevin Daniel started their career as a Real Estate Marketing Specialist at Associated Capital Consultants, Inc. in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Kevin Daniel then transitioned into the field of interior design and worked as an Interior Designer and Staging Assistant at Room Designs from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they had a brief role as an Independent Marketing and Events consultant at GL events.
In 2011, Kevin joined Duxes Consulting as an Editor and Marketing Specialist, where they focused on aiding international companies and investors in penetrating the Chinese market. After that, they became the Editor of the Shanghai edition of Daily Secret, a global lifestyle and culture publication, from 2012 to 2013.
From 2011 to 2014, Kevin gained extensive experience in the publishing industry at Blu Inc Media, LP - Luxury Properties Magazine. Kevin Daniel started as a Deputy Editor-in-Chief and was promoted to Product Chief within three years. During their time there, they managed editorial and design teams, planned publication narratives, and worked closely with sales to support clients in China and internationally.
In 2014, Kevin moved on to become the Editor-in-Chief and Product Chief at Blu Inc Media, LP - Luxury Properties Magazine. Kevin Daniel led and executed product channels including magazine production, digital and social media platforms, events, marketing, and sales. Kevin Daniel managed teams in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shenzhen offices, reporting directly to the Managing Director, China.
Most recently, Kevin worked at Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty. Kevin Daniel started as a Creative Director in 2016 and became the Chief Marketing Officer in February 2018. Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty is a premier real estate brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving buyers and sellers in various regions.
Kevin Daniel Dwyer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art, History of Art and Visual Culture from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2007. In 2010, they pursued Mandarin Studies as a China Scholarship Council Fellow at Shanghai University. In 2011, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mass Communications from San Jose State University.
