Benito Condemi de Felice is an experienced professional in digital customer experience and user experience design. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Customer Experience at Golden Goose since February 2019, Benito focuses on ensuring consistency across all brand digital touchpoints while aligning business, commercial, and brand needs to create unique customer experiences. Previous roles include E-commerce UX Manager, UX Team Leader at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, and User Experience Architect at FullSix, among others. Benito has a solid educational background with a degree in industrial design from Sapienza Università di Roma and a specialized degree in visual and multimedia communication from IUAV.
