Nina Agnello serves as a Senior HR Coordinator at Golden Goose since June 2025, following a position as Senior Talent Partner at Steve Madden from March 2023 to March 2025, where duties included talent acquisition. Prior to that, Nina worked as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon from March 2022 to January 2023, and as a Lead Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at The Phoenix Group between August 2020 and March 2022, specializing in identifying IT talent. Early career experiences include Business Development Intern roles at the State University of New York College at Oswego and Rogan/Loomstate, as well as a Social Media Marketing Internship at the Office of Student Involvement. Nina obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Oswego, graduating in 2020.
