Melanie Gross

Melanie Gross began their career in 2000 as Creative Director at Bainbridge. In 2003, they joined Everest Gaming/CIDC as Senior Product Manager, Casino Vertical, where they held various roles until 2011. Melanie then moved to Zynga as Lead Product Manager and held various roles until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were Senior Product Manager at Tapjoy. Melanie then moved to Caesars Interactive Entertainment Inc. as Vice President, Online Casino & Sportsbook and Head of Online Casino until 2021. During 2021, they served as a Distinguished Fellow and Core Faculty at UNLV International Center for Gaming Regulation and an Executive Consultant / Advisor. Melanie has also been a Member of Global Gaming Women since 2016 and Chief since 2022. In 2022, they became Senior Vice President & Head of Product at Golden Hearts Games.

Melanie Gross obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boston College in 2000. In 2019, they obtained a Principal License from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. In 2020, they obtained a Key Gaming Employee License from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. Melanie also holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
