Gabe Rudy has extensive experience in the field of genetic research and clinical markets. Gabe started their career as a Software Engineer at Golden Helix Inc. in 2002, where they designed and built core data architecture and scripting interface for statistical analysis tools. Gabe also provided general IT support. From 2006 to 2010, Gabe served as the Director of Software Development, leading the effort to rebuild the core technology and launch the statistical analysis research platform SNP and Variation Suite. Gabe expanded the focus of the company to include Copy Number, RNA-Seq, and NGS variant analysis. In 2010, they were promoted to the role of VP of Product Development, where they led the expansion of the company's product profile from one to three products, with a focus on NGS data annotation and visualization.
