Delaney Cantrall

Delaney Cantrall is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Programs at Golden Hippo® since December 2021, Delaney has progressed through several positions, including Associate Director and Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes heading people and talent development, as well as directing people operations at Career Group Companies from 2020 to December 2021. Delaney's background also includes a significant tenure at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where responsibilities as Senior District Manager encompassed oversight of multiple stores managing substantial revenue and implementing effective recruitment and employee development strategies. Educationally, Delaney holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College.
