Larry McCracken is an accomplished executive recruiting professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. As a Service Disabled Vietnam Veteran, McCracken also leads as Managing Partner at Commander Search Group, LLC, specializing in recruiting for commercial and government contracting firms. Prior experience includes impactful roles as a partner at McCracken Partners and as Worldwide Director of Recruiting at Unisys Corporation.
