Sonya Miranda

Sonya Miranda, MA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and learning design. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Organization Development and Senior E-Learning Developer at Golden Key Group since August 2019, Sonya collaborates with the NIH/National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) to enhance human capital functions. Prior experience includes roles as Training Manager and Senior Learning Designer at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where training curriculum for the Epic system was developed, and as Training Program Manager and Senior E-Learning Developer at DC Courts, where blended learning training was implemented across various divisions. Early career experience at Verizon involved telecommunications account planning and proposal design. Sonya holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management & Development from Ashford University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting from Norfolk State University.
