Joe Dwyer

Joe Dwyer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe currently serves as the Corporate Controller at Golden Minerals Company since 2022. Prior to that, Joe worked as a Consultant at Bridgepoint Consulting in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they held the role of Controller at Kärcher North America Inc. Joe also served as the Director of Business Operations at Westmoreland Coal Company from 2016 to 2019. Before that, Joe was a Senior Manager of Financial Process & Controls at Cloud Peak Energy from 2014 to 2016. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Manager of Internal Audit & SOX Compliance at Dish Network. During their tenure at ACME Business Consulting from 2009 to 2011, Joe held the position of Senior Project Manager. Joe also worked at Umpqua Bank as the SVP/Manager of Internal Audit & SOX Compliance from 2005 to 2009. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Consultant at Resources Global Professionals from 2003 to 2005 and as a Manager at Deloitte from 2000 to 2003.

Joe Dwyer attended UNLV Lee Business School from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting. In October 1997, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Nevada. Later, in March 2015, Joe obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
