Erin Selck has extensive experience in the food and beverage purchasing sector, currently serving as Buyer for food and beverage/general at Golden Nugget Las Vegas since April 2014. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Senior Food & Beverage Buyer at Plaza Hotel & Casino from October 2006 to April 2014 and at Flamingo Hotel & Casino from March 2002 to October 2006. Erin began a career in the industry as a Buyer/Receiving at Len Gordon Company from August 1997 to March 2002. Erin completed education in Las Vegas in 2012.
