Golden Pharos Bhd
Mohd Badaruddin bin Ismail was appointed to the Board of GPB on 1 August 2018. He attained his Diploma in Accountancy from Institut Teknologi MARA in 1985. He is a member of the Malaysian Association of Accounting Administration.
He had served as Assistant Accounts Manager at Kumpulan Pengurusan Kayu Kayan Trengganu Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of GPB from 1987 to 1993. He had held various positions in several organizations such as TR Granite Industries Sdn Bhd as the General Manager of Corporate Finance in 1994, Sutra Beach Resort Sdn Bhd as the Corporate & Business Development Manager from 2000 to 2004, and Telepal Group of Companies as the Group Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2013.
He was the Principal of Adib Azhar & Co, a public accounting firm, and currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Terengganu Telecommunications Sdn Bhd. Since 1 April 2019, he also sat on the Board of Permint Plywood Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GPB.

Its Others segment includes investment holding, marketing and distribution agent and trading of wooden doors. The Company's subsidiaries include Golden Pharos Glass Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of glass; Permint Timber Corporation Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in investment holding; Pesama Timber Corporation Sdn.
