Dougal Cameron

Dougal Cameron is the Managing Director at Golden Section Venture Capital. Dougal has over ten years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including stints as a board member, CFO, and head of BOP overhaul and repair.

Dougal Cameron graduated from Rhodes College in 2009 with a degree in economics. Dougal began their career in the oil and gas industry in 2012 with Ranger Machining, LLC. Dougal quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a board member and CFO within three years. In 2015, they were poached by Azalea Health, where they led the business development for their repair capability and created an information system to organize and maintain compliance documentation.

In September 2018, Dougal Cameron joined Golden Section Venture Capital as their Managing Director. In this role, they are responsible for the firm's investments and operations.
