Ellen Williams is the Lead Copywriter, has been with Golden Shovel Agency since March 2020. During her time with Golden Shovel, she has grown from Copywriter to Lead Copywriter. Ellen has a B.S. in Microbiology and an M.D. She also honed her online writing skills in the golden age of blogging before influencers ruled the web. She gained invaluable experience in website management, social media, SEO, photo editing, and content creation for targeted messaging. She transitioned into working as a freelance writer, social media manager, and contributing author in several parenting humor anthologies.

Ellen's day-to-day responsibilities include client relations, research and interviews, and content creation/management. Ellen enjoys working on projects where she learns something new (pretty much every project). Her varied background is a testament that she is most gratified when she has to stretch and develop.
