Ate Laryea is a highly experienced professional in the field of geology, currently serving as a Mine Geologist at Golden Star Resources Ltd. since May 2011, and also holding the position of Shift Mine Geologist at Golden Star Bogoso/Prestea Limited since October 2010. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, attained in 2010, and foundational education from St. Augustine's College, Cape Coast, completed in 2003, Ate Laryea possesses a strong academic background complemented by extensive practical experience in mining geology and geotechnical engineering.
