Dorn Van Cleave started their career in 1995 as an Associate & VP at Glencoe Capital, where they worked until 2001. In 2000, they joined Golden State Foods as the Sr. Director - Corporate Development. At Golden State Foods, Dorn managed global and cross-functional teams in various roles related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and divestitures. Dorn also served as the co-chair of the strategic planning committee and was responsible for target identification, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, financing, and post-closing integration. Dorn provided recommendations and presentations to C-suite executives and the Board of Directors.
Dorn Van Cleave holds a Bachelor's degree in economics and history from Northwestern University. Dorn also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, with a focus on Finance, General. Additionally, they obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute in 1996.
