Steve Ross

Steve Ross currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Golden State Foods, a role Steve has held since April 2024. Previously, Steve was the Director of Operations at TreeHouse Foods from January 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing operations across five manufacturing facilities focused on Aseptic Broth, Cheese & Pudding, Tea, and Coffee. Steve also has extensive experience in plant management, having held positions at TreeHouse Foods and Maple Leaf Foods Inc, where supervision encompassed large teams and production lines. Earlier roles include various leadership positions within Maple Leaf Foods and Canada Bread Company, where responsibilities spanned production management, quality control, and labor cost management. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour from McMaster University and a Management certificate from Sheridan College.
