The Human Resources Team at Golden State Foods is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and organizational development across the company. They ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee benefits, and foster a positive workplace culture. This team supports all divisions, including liquid products, meat, produce, and bakery, to maintain a productive and motivated workforce for the company’s 25,000 serviced restaurants.
