Ay'Anna Moody

Ay'Anna Moody currently serves as the Senior Director of Social Impact at the Golden State Warriors, where responsibilities include overseeing Generation Thrive, an innovative nonprofit hub aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of Bay Area academic-focused nonprofits and schools through educational and wellness initiatives. Previous positions include Coordinator of College Access at the Oakland Unified School District, Director of College Access at Oakland Promise, and Program Associate for the City of Oakland’s Office of the Mayor. With a background in education and community engagement, Ay'Anna has developed mentoring programs, managed academic workshops, and facilitated significant scholarship opportunities for low-income students. Ay'Anna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and African American Studies from UCLA, a Master's Degree in Public Policy: Education Policy and Social Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University, and has experience as a Fellow in the City of Oakland's Violence Prevention office.
