Robert Silva

Robert Silva is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems programming and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Programmer at Golden State Water Company since July 1998, Robert has successfully led projects that reduced costs through innovative solutions and designed automated systems for managing high volumes of invoices. Prior to this role, Robert worked at First Alliance Mortgage Company, where significant contributions included expanding a telemarketing system to support a large user base and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Earlier experience at Pacific Investment Management Company involved overseeing operations and developing reconciliation systems across various platforms. Robert holds a BS in Mathematics from UC Irvine and has foundational education from El Camino College.
