Jessica Henderson

Jessica Henderson has over 14 years of experience in human resources. Jessica is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at the same company from June 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, Jessica was the Human Resources Director at Fitzgibbon Hospital from December 2014 to June 2021. Jessica also worked as an HR Recruiter at Fitzgibbon Hospital from April 2011 to December 2014. Their career in human resources began at Pathways Community Behavioral Healthcare, where they served as the Recruiting Manager from June 2007 to April 2011.

Jessica Henderson completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Development/Management Leadership from Webster University in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.
