Stephen Moreland

Stephen Moreland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and operational leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Growth at Golden since October 2025, Stephen oversees initiatives that support mission-driven organizations through a mobile-first, AI-powered platform for volunteering. Prior roles include Strategy Director at Elevate K-12, and multiple senior positions at Uptake, including Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO. Additionally, Stephen has held Chief of Staff roles at both WNDR Museum and Chicago Ideas, and contributed to growth strategy and partnerships at GroundTruth. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago and is a graduate of Phillips Academy.
