Ivan de la Rosa

Ivan De La Rosa currently serves as the PCMH Program Manager at Wellpoint since February 2023. Previously, Ivan held multiple roles at Anthem, Inc. from November 2014 to February 2023, including Provider Collaboration Manager Sr, Operations Manager, Lead Trainer, and Training Specialist. Ivan's earlier experience includes the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Healthfirst from June 2010 to August 2014. Ivan earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Farmingdale State College between 2003 and 2009.
