Elvis Yang is an experienced professional in demand planning and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Demand Planning at Golden West Food Group since September 2022. In this role, Elvis leads the forecasting for over 3000 SKUs, ensuring forecast accuracy within 5% as part of the company's Annual Operating Plan.
