Savannah Williamson

Savannah Williamson, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources. From 1999 to 2015, they worked at H-S Precision, Inc. as the Purchasing Manager & Human Resource Assistant. Their responsibilities included monitoring and procuring inventory for all departments. Since 2015, they have been employed at Golden West Telecommunications and Golden West Technologies as the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, respectively. In these roles, they have been responsible for various HR activities including recruiting, developing policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, administering benefits, and maintaining personnel records.

Savannah Williamson, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Dakota, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012. Savannah also holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the same university in the same timeframe. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services & Sociology from Black Hills State University, finishing in 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in 2017.
