Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and previously as Plant Manager at Golden Windows Limited since August 2013, Rup has a solid career background that includes roles as Plant Manager at All Weather Windows and Repla Windows / Superior Seal, and experience in purchasing and project management at Greco Aluminum Railings. Early career experiences include leadership positions such as Betriebsleiter at Trefz Fensterbau and Production Office Supervisor at Gebrüder Schneider Fassadenbau. Education credentials include a State Certified Technician degree in Technology of Wood and Automation Technologies from Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences and a Skilled Tradesman degree in Glazier/Window Manufacturing from College Schwaebisch Hall, Germany.
