Greg Trotta

Greg Trotta is a seasoned restaurant management professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as District Manager at Golden Corral since May 2012, Greg oversees seven units and manages all profit and loss concerns while leading efforts to control labor and food costs. Previously, Greg held the position of General Manager at Golden Corral Restaurant from September 2007 to May 2012 and served as District Manager at Cracker Barrel from May 2002 to July 2007, where responsibilities included financial performance and managing over 700 employees across seven stores in the Southeast Florida market. Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
