Matthew Amster

Matthew Amster has extensive work experience in human resources roles. Matthew is currently working at GoldenTree Asset Management as the Managing Director and Head of Human Resources. Prior to this, they worked at Citadel as the Global Head of People Operations/Employee Relations from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of Employee Relations for the Americas at Bloomberg LP from 2015 to 2019. Matthew also has a history with Deutsche Bank, where they held various HR positions such as Vice President of Employee Relations, HR Business Partner, and HR Graduate Program Manager from 2007 to 2015. Additionally, they were a HR Summer Analyst at Deutsche Bank in 2006.

Matthew Amster attended Cornell University from 2003 to 2007, where they acquired a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR).
