Paul Kent is an accomplished Laboratory Manager with extensive experience in geotechnical and materials testing. Currently serving at WSP and Golder since January 2020, Paul leads a team of ten technicians at the Bunbury Base Laboratory, focusing on expanding testing services and building client relationships. Prior roles include Laboratory Operations Manager at Construction Sciences, Cardno Geotech WA, and Laboratory Manager at Structural Soils Ltd, where clear reporting and meeting client demands were paramount. Paul founded Kent Geotechnics, establishing a UKAS-certified laboratory and previously worked as Laboratory Operations Manager at Fugro Ltd, gaining foundational expertise in soil classification and offshore testing. Paul’s career reflects a commitment to quality and client service in the geotechnical field.
