Dr. John R Satterfield

Dr. John R (Jack) Satterfield is an accomplished academic and public relations consultant with extensive experience in higher education and communications. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Goldey-Beacom College since October 2019, and at Wilmington University, University of Maryland University College, and Florida Institute of Technology, Dr. Satterfield teaches graduate-level business and undergraduate history courses. With a background in public relations spanning several decades, Dr. Satterfield has held significant roles including Sr. Manager of Communications at Boeing and has worked with various public relations firms, governmental agencies, and media outlets. Dr. Satterfield holds multiple advanced degrees, including a DBA in Business/Managerial Economics and a Master’s in History and Liberal Studies, showcasing a strong academic foundation in both business and liberal arts.
