Marcia Wood

Marcia Wood, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Accounting & Process Improvement at Transflo since December 2022 and as the Treasurer on the Board of Trustees at Goldey-Beacom College since June 2022. Previously, Marcia held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Choptank Transport from February 2008 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing comprehensive financial activities and managing an accounting department of 30 personnel. Earlier roles included Controller at Cadmus Communications, SEC Reporting Financial Analyst/Internal Auditor at Shore Bancshares, and Plant Controller at General Mills. Marcia earned a BS in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College and holds both CPA and CGMA certifications.
