Carlos Arias

Carlos Arias is a seasoned Resident Manager with extensive experience overseeing luxury and ultra-luxury apartment buildings. At Goldfarb since August 2013, Carlos manages a 361-unit building, supervising a team of 15 staff members, and previously managed a 42-unit ultra-luxury property, focusing on preventative maintenance development. Prior to this role, Carlos served as a Superintendent at C&C Affordable Management from September 2007 to August 2013, where responsibilities included daily oversight of a 256-unit building and responding to emergency calls across seven buildings with a total of 1,800 units. Carlos holds multiple refrigeration engineering licenses from TAURIS TECH, having completed relevant education from the Thomas Shortman Training Fund.
