Jeffrey Hargrave

Jeffrey Hargrave is a seasoned professional in the pulp and paper industry, currently serving as Vice President and Resident Mill Manager at Graphic Packaging International since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held the position of Vice President Operations at Genera Inc. from May 2023 to October 2025. Jeffrey's extensive experience at Graphic Packaging International, LLC spans nearly a decade, during which time roles included Vice President of Manufacturing, Resident Mill Manager, and Senior Manufacturing Manager. Additional previous positions include Paper Superintendent at International Paper, Paper Mill Superintendent at Rock-Tenn Company, Paper Production Superintendent at Boise Inc., Paper Technical Assistant at Domtar, and Engineering Co-op at Champion International. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, with a focus on Pulp and Paper, from Auburn University between 1992 and 1997.
