Lauren Dudley Slay

Lauren Dudley Slay is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager at Goldfein, LLC since July 2017, where a dynamic team is led in transforming talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and comprehensive development programs. Notable achievements include pioneering innovative recruiting strategies, enhancing employee satisfaction through revamped onboarding programs, spearheading strategic HR initiatives to foster workplace culture, and implementing quality control measures that significantly improved operational efficiency. Additionally, Lauren serves as a Swim Coach at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School, where the team achieved the title of 2018 Girls State Champions 4A-5A. Previous teaching roles were held at Cherokee County School District and Cherokee Charter Academy, along with experience as a Swim Instructor at SwimAtlanta.
