James Allen

James Allen is an experienced operations and quality management professional with a robust background in the electronics and repair industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Director of Quality & Engineering at The Goldie Group since September 2021, James has previously held multiple roles at Asurion from May 2003 to June 2021, including SCM Operations Manager and Quality Supervisor. Earlier in the career, James started as a Repair Technician at GFA Electronics Inc from January 1999 to May 2003. Educational qualifications include studies at Middle Tennessee State University and Western Kentucky University.
