Ezra Paganelli's work experience begins in 2010 at New York University, where they served as a Production Manager until 2013. They then worked as a Student Teacher at the NYC Department of Education from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they held roles as a Residence Hall Assistant Director at Gallaudet University and as a Research Assistant at UC San Diego. They also worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Consultant at Fair Trade Décor from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they were employed as an Assistant Manager at SEPHORA and as a Laboratory Manager at Barnard College. Starting in 2016, Paganelli joined Success Academy Charter Schools, where they held various roles, including Assistant Principal, Associate Director of Middle School History, and Continuous Improvement Lead. In 2022, they became the Managing Director of Strategy and Solutions at Achievement First, and in 2023, they assumed the position of Executive Vice President at Goldin Solutions.

Ezra Paganelli has a Bachelor's Degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from New York University. They also have a Master's Degree in Deaf Studies from Gallaudet University. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Brookline High School. Additionally, Ezra has obtained certifications in Green Dot Training from Live the Green Dot, Preventing Discrimination and Sexual Assault from Gallaudet University, Question, Persuade and Refer Suicide Risk Reduction from QPR Incorporated, and Intervention for Students at Risk from New York University.
