Ralf Stenger

Ralf Stenger is currently Vice President Structuring / Legal Counsel at Golding Capital Partners, with a background in private equity, investment funds, co-investments, and secondaries. Prior to this, Ralf worked at Ashurst focusing on corporate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts, and M&A. Ralf also served as a Legal Counsel at Max Planck Society handling corporate law, asset management, venture capital, life sciences, and start-ups. With a strong educational background, including a Doctor of Law in Sports Law, Ralf has also worked in various legal trainee positions and as a legal intern in different law firms.
