Carly Bayliff

Carly Bayliff is an accomplished undergraduate student at the University of Michigan, pursuing a degree at the Ross School of Business, set to graduate in 2025. As an incoming Private Wealth Management Analyst at Goldman Sachs, Carly previously excelled as a Private Wealth Management Summer Analyst. Carly has demonstrated strong leadership skills as Team Captain and Midfielder for the Women's Club Lacrosse team, earning four WCLA All-American Scholar Awards and contributing to the team’s success as Regional Champs in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Additionally, Carly served as Team Treasurer and held various leadership positions within the Michigan Business Group, including Vice President of Finance and Investment Banking Subcommittee Leader. Experience includes working as a Treasury Finance Analyst at Fifth Third Bank, where Carly led the corporate profit-planning process, and as a Business Development Intern at Orangetheory Fitness. Carly also founded Athletes 'n Action, a community service network for athletes, fostering significant volunteer efforts and fundraising initiatives.
